LED panels

The LED panels used in the Pro Line are designed and produced by us in Enschede.

In addition to high-quality specifications, the lifespan is of course very important. By not producing the LED panels on classic PCBs (printed circuit boards) but using a full aluminum printed circuit board, we guarantee a low core temperature of the LEDs and thus create an optimal lifespan. Used materials

Because we produce the Pro Line series entirely in-house, we can use the best materials and still deliver at competitive / surprising prices.

The top of the fixtures is milled from a lightweight and fire-retardant aluminum/plastic composite. This top also serves as a mounting plate for the LED panels and other technology, such as drivers and/or dimming modules.

LED specifications

La Linia uses LED panels produced in the Netherlands with an aluminum base for proper cooling. Our LED is available as standard in the following light colours

- 2200K
- 2700K
- 3000K (Most commonly used)
- 4000K
- 6500K
- RGB

Combination of the above as Tunable white LED, or RGBW

If desired, we can produce a different light color for a specific project or combine 1 of the above light colors to create Tunable white, where the customer can set and adjust the light color himself. Also possible with a dynamic system, where a controller determines the light color. In this way a natural daily rhythm can be imitated.

We can also fully adapt the controls of our LED panels to the customer's wishes, so all our LED panels can be equipped with a Dali driver or, for example, a Casambi module. We also supply our own wireless dimming system for projects where no dimming system is available.

Diffuser

The bottom / diffuser of our Pro Line fixtures is made as standard from a special LED diffuser, which is an acrylic with a light transmission of no less than 78%.

We mill both the top (aluminium) and the bottom (acrylic) of the fixtures in our own workshop on a computer-controlled milling machine.

This means very high-quality and precise workmanship and maximum flexibility because we can produce everything in-house. So if necessary, even custom-made fixtures are delivered very quickly.

XL Light fixtures

For the largest PRO line fixtures, the top is produced in parts, which are then connected together with pop rivets and aluminum connectors to form one whole. The bottom is usually made from one part, because it is not visually attractive if there is a seam/coupling in the bottom of the fixture.

For the bottom of our largest XL fixtures we use an aluminum profile on which a special light cloth or foil is stretched. In this way we can produce fixtures up to a diameter of no less than 3m (300cm).
